KELLI PEASE - The ocean is so soothing to me

The ocean is so soothing to me. My husband, and I wrote this poem a few years ago and I think about it often. Any time there’s something that feels a little off, we head to the beach 🌊, even if it’s just for a few minutes.If you don’t live near a beach, the sound of waves on just about any sleep/meditation app works too! Where’s your “go-to” place when things feel hard? 💗
