I always love supporting programs for Veterans and programs that connect people with all of the HEALTHY aspects of JiuJitsu. So, when there's an event and organization that does both, COUNT ME IN!!We Defy Foundation comes the The Blue Basement!! This great organization is dedicated to improving the lives of our disabled service members through Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Physical Fitness Training. Renzo Gracie Academy NYC and will be hosting a TWO-DAY BJJ seminar - Presidents Day weekend, February 18 &19, to benefit the in the famous Blue Basement at The Event will be led by founder of The Happy Pill Project, and the All proceeds will go to WDF for their efforts to bring more Veterans into the BJJ community. A suggested admissions fee of $100 is requested for both days. Event is open to all. So come to NYC for the weekend and enjoy some BJJ, We Defy fellowship, good times, special guests, and prizes (to be announced).
