Practicing this Qigong will help you to Relax Legs and Feet, and Knees, Keep Qi and Blood of Legs flowing good again, Strengthen Legs and Feet and Keep your Feet Warm. You can Practice 5-10 minutes during Break Time or after the walk and hike.
